Also remember the constant force-feeding and all the pre-workout anxiety and fear you have to go through as you are forced to lift heavier and heavier weights.just to induce growth.

You may gain weight, but this gain is NOT rightfully reflected on your body.

We basically induce growth in all our muscle groups.but the exact part of the muscles we train and put focus on is what makes our bodies look a lot bigger than it really is.

gimmick.

I m not sure about you.but I ve seen guys who have worked out the 'regular' way for 18 months to 2 years.but they don t even look like they lift weights.

You also have to focus most of your energy at lifting heavy weights with uncomfortable compound exercises such as Barbell Bench Press, Regular Squats, Dead Lifts and Bent Over Barbell Rows.

It s a known fact that by lifting weights with a bit of intensity we gain 'some' amount of muscle mass as long as we are not starving ourselves.

You ll have to lift weights and eat regularly (no force-feeding of 5-6 meals a day though).

Now, if you re on muscle growth drugs.or have great genetics.or are willing to wait 2 to 3 years to see any significant changes.by all means keep training as you have been.

It s how we train and the exercises we do that makes all the difference.

The biggest problem faced by people training using any other method is that the small amount of muscle mass is gained in the WRONG areas of your muscle.

And because this gain is in the wrong areas of your muscle, you have to induce a lot more growth to make your physique look like it s gaining muscle mass.

So naturally you are forced to train with heavier weights, low repetitions and your entire day revolves around eating a ton of protein and clean carbohydrates.
